The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link will elevate Panvel to the epicenter of socio-economic growth connecting Panvel to South Mumbai, thus creating a huge demand for residential as well as commercial spaces.

Hiranandani Fortune City has witnessed large scale events at the site this year, on the occasions of Republic Day and Mahashivratri. On this Republic Day, we carried out a flag hoisting ceremony at the site paying tribute to the Motherland.
In the course of your visit to the site, you may have come across the pristine Shiva Temple which holds a history of over 200 years. On the day of ‘Mahashivratri’ a thousand devotees visited the temple. A mini-market had been set up at the periphery of the temple for the devotees to enjoy the many items for sale.
